Goranson Group was established in 2001 by Laura Goranson as a one person consulting firm focused on providing owners representative services for large building construction projects in the Milwaukee metropolitan area. Laura provided clients with construction project management with a careful eye to possible pitfalls and a plan to avoid them.

In 2004, Goranson Group expanded into mega transportation projects beginning with the Marquette Interchange reconstruction at the hub of commerce for Milwaukee and the State.  Expanding on the concept of identifying potential challenges and developing a plan to avoid them Laura worked to develop public outreach plans and tools that aided both those utilizing transportation facilities and those working to safely and efficiently build them.

In 2012, Goranson Group has further evolved to become a full service communications group now known as g.moxie, inc. Laura has been joined by Heather Weber to create a proven team of communication experts with a past history of success working together. Based on these past successes when partnering together, the two decided to bring their wide range of skills and experience together on a permanent basis to form the g.moxie team.
